Are plugs and tunnels sold in pairs or individually?

All of our plugs and tunnels are sold as pairs.

What types of jewelry do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality body jewelry, including septum clickers, plugs and tunnels for stretched ears, rings, and other alternative accessories.

Everything we sell is carefully curated for those who celebrate alternative style and culture.

What materials are your products made of?

The vast majority of products in our store are made from 316L Stainless Steel. We also use Titanium, 925 Sterling Silver, and we have a select few sets of Brass earrings.

All materials are clearly marked on item descriptions. Please check this before purchase, especially if you have any allergies.

How do i know which size I need?

Please check out our guide to measuring your piercings here.

If you are unsure what size you were pierced at, please contact your piercer for clarification before placing an order.

How can I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it regularly with a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry, safe place when not in use.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Vancouver Island, which is in British Columbia, Canada.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and The United States.

How soon do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped within one business day. We believe in fast service so that you get your order as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free if your order is over $60.

For orders under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout.

It is usually around $5.00 for domestic (Canadian) order (without tracking) or $18 (with tracking).

For orders to The United States, tracked shipping is usually around $8.00.

How long does shipping take?

Canadian Orders:
Depending on where you are in Canada, shipping takes between 2-14 days. You can upgrade your shipping to an expedited parcel at checkout which arrived within 7 days.

United States Orders:
Shipping takes 2-10 days. Orders must go through customs, and rarely this can cause delays.

Do i receive a tracking number?

Canadian orders sent using free and standard shipping do not have a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number please select upgraded shipping at checkout.

All orders to The United States come with tracking.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

For items which are not body jewelry, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Why don't you accept returns on body jewelry?

Body jewelry is an intimate product that comes into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or resell items that have been handled or worn. This policy ensures the safety of both our customers and staff. Thank you for understanding!

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our items come with a 12 month warranty. Simply message us if you have any issues with your order, and we'll make it right.
